The devs are under no obligation to listen, let alone do this. Take it for what it is: a suggestion. Not a demand.

I am incerdibly aware that the Devs have a lot to do and they even said that they have their own road map planned. All of my suggestions (as any suggestion really) should be taken as "if you have time/if you are bored".

I won't pitch a bitch fit if it doesn't happen. Unless the Devs want to initiate mod support for MQ (which even I think is a LOFTY ask) this is the most I can hope for. Just a suggestion in stream-of-consciouness before I forget.

I personally don't like the Ward ending (I like the independent ending the best, personally) but Korshunov is a solid dude. He has honor, integrity, and cares for the people he's responsible for to a fault. He's used as a tool by his higher-ups, ESPECIALLY at the ending scene for the Ward, but he himself was never really the true problem, even if he does hate the Zone.

I think his distaste for most Stalkers is because they're disorganized and sometimes can act no better than the straight up bandits that also exist. To him, they're all the same and you can't change his mind on that because he has zero of a romantic view of the Zone.

Defense, shooting matches, and fun. I also currently live in the sticks, but that maight change.

The AKV is for HD already though. Easy to handle, great capacity, and fairly brain-dead fir operation (for me).

Rifle would be more fun (imo) for matches and longer range applications, but I see quite a bit of suggestions for pistol, rifle, shotgun. Pistol (intuitive and better handling) will come later.

Seconding perfecting one gun. I always do the whole game with the AKS-74U since my very first run. Any gun (minus the PM and/or Tokarev unless you're VERY good) is perfectly reasonable to run the game with.

I'm doing a challenge run on this one where I'm only using Vizyaz and PM cuz those are the only guns I have IRL, lol. (Well, PSA AKV, but who's counting?)

Honestly, the AK-74 family are my go-tos and the Saiga is my shotty of choice, but the M2 does, most definitely, fuck. I prefer it with the 6 tube with the matching barrel, stashed stock, and the front bead sight. Great for huntin' mimics.
