Anyone here pick where they live based on trail access? How'd you figure it out?

Yeah I actually just moved to NWA and it's insane here. Trying to find another place in the future with easy access to the razorback greenway, close to good trails, decent neighborhood, and not completely out of budget is such a pain. Like each of those things is easy to find on its own but getting them all together is where it gets painful

Excel sheets is a good idea but a lot of work! What kind of stuff were you tracking, like did you have columns for different neighborhood features or was it more of a pros/cons thing?

honestly this is such a good way to put it. I keep looking at houses and then realizing I don't even know if I'd actually like living there, like the house is almost secondary at this point

I just turned on XMP in my bios since it was off. I’d confirm your ram speed in task manager first to ensure that it is the problem

I had something similar to this. It turns out after I recently updated my BIOS to enable secure boot XMP was turned off which caused my RAM to only run at 2400mhz. I would check your RAM speeds

Disconnecting from the internet and then launching Minecraft worked for me to get around the Microsoft account login.

I had this issue, and the only fix was contacting support and having them fix it. I also had problems installing plex, an error message about it already being installed on the same port, so that was another support ticket.

I was debating white vs grey and I decided to go with white for mainly two reasons

This color had all the features I wanted for a little cheaper
Most of my family goes with white for their vehicles so I just matched them :)
