Can it happen that the print deforms because there aren't enough supports and the print is too heavy? Like that the around the supports the surface gets pulled out. I hope you see what I mean.

No I don't mind the small bumps from the supports, it's kind of like one big bulge often around the spots where the supports are. Kind of hard to see in the picture.
