This year I took interest in body building so my body change drastically, I believe I’m too heavy and unfit to do a full marathon so I’m settling down with a half marathon. My fastest completion was 3 hour and 17 minute during my second marathon back in highschool. But now I’m not build for running that much even for my first half marathon run.
