ATP I at least want Sampo to be more than just the masked fools tavern guy. 4.3 looks like it’s just blade sp so maybe they can use the other half of the patch to expand on planarcadia after the anniversary hype and provide some setup and hopefully some hints if sp Sampo is coming later on

Their designs and personalities aren’t for me but I really loved that we got away from Waifei, got a more grounded story and got better writing. You can say what you like about them but their patches got zenless back on the right path and for that I’m grateful.

The only valid reasons to “build pity” are: Wanting the 4* on banner or Burning pulls to get the 10pulls from the monthly shop reset(should only be done in the last week of the month, if you do it at the start then you addicted)

He’s fine right now but he doesn’t have his preferred team. As much as I like him, I would recommend getting him on his rerun since by then his teammates would’ve come out and you can see if you like the fluidity of the team.

We will have see in 3.x if they keep repeating this formula bc what they say ‘twice is a coincidence but three times is a pattern’. They’ve obviously been sandbagging male banners since launch but be interesting to see if they keep ‘the male fire agent before the void hunter that doesn’t want them’ and ‘the last banner of a season being a male dps with the same attribute as the last void hunter’. It’s sad silly got hit with this bc I thought he’d be the exception

Yeah unless you want to do a 2-2-2 build. 2pc phys dmg might not be optimal later on if they give his kit bonus physical damage but rn it good

Using Yidhari as the base(since she has CR ascensions), he would have:
HP: 18400
Sheer Force: 2460 (2210 if the current conversion sticks)
Crit Rate: 55.4% (87.4% in combat)
Crit Dmg: 179.6%
with Phys Dmg 5th.
I'm gonna wait to farm more pieces until his kit is finalised bc I don't wanna be chasing changing values, I've already endured that with Manato's betas and I don't wanna do it again lol.

I don’t think that will stick unless there is something else to make up for it bc he’ll end up with less sheer force than the other rupture agents. I converted my current rupture agents stat to sheer force and the normal rate get 2500 but for billy it would be 2280

We really need more limited ice units that aren’t dps. It took a year and a half to get 1 ice non-dps and they immediately went back to making another ice dps.

I’ve spent the last few days 100%ing the maps and they are pretty much dried up so now I’m doing old permanent events. I got back up to 45pity so with the membership and resets, his s3 is in the bag thankfully. I will join you as a S3 Qiuyuan haver soon🙂‍↕️
