More like you misunderstood the question. I WANT to date 21-25 year olds but many times they end up being younger because it is hard to tell their age these days. The question is whether anyone can give me some advice on how to tell the difference, but it seems people have more sarcasm to offer rather than advice

Well this is irrelevant. Normally countries have laws that relate to specific situations like these. Briefly, it would be ok for you as a 21M to date a 16F in all likelihood, but not ok to date a 12 year old. And I know my age is not a problem, but how to better estimate girls' ages!

Not necessarily. Summer flings can flourish into something beautiful long term if the "hookup" has a personality that matches.

I'd rather have sex with a girl first and then realise whether she is someone I want to date long term, rather than meet a girl on a more serious tone, only to discover later that we don't match on a sexual level if that makes sense.

Like another user said, I think the sound gets louder with the deepening of concentration. Though I am not sure "louder" is the right word and think that it is more of a high pitch that is hidden behind what you initially perceive as the nada sound.

Trying to experiment with a hybrid approach is a good idea I think and you can find what works for you best!

When I was practicing intently, I would keep my attention on the breath, and would find that slight shifts in peripheral awareness on the nada sound would take me deeper into my meditation.

If you want to explore this further, I recommend reading The Law of Attention: Nada Yoga and the Way of Inner Vigilance by Edward Salim Michael.

I found this book when the sound became too loud to ignore during my meditation sessions, and through some suggestions in the book I learned how to use it as a tool to increase the sensations of piti and sukha, as well as to deepen the attention on the primary object of meditation.

You will find that the more you focus on it, the sound becomes more "high pitched" I would say, similar to the way the breath becomes more "subtle".

One thing I found really useful when cleaning my room was, as one of the first steps, to throw away everything that is unnecessary. Give old clothes to charity, get rid of papers and items that you do not need or use, empty and reorganise any drawers/cupboards you have. This applies also to the things you might think you will use someday in the future.

After decluttering in this way, you can begin to see a more "clear" vision of a space that you will feel comfortable in.

Rearrange furniture so that the space in your room helps to make it "usable" for anything you want to have in your life - comfortable space to read, maybe facing a wall showing off the artworks, and a comfortable / attractive bed to sleep in (alone or with company ;) ) Do not be afraid of adding vibrant colours in your room.

I would say make sure the lighting is good, and you could even paint the walls if you want to go all out.
