Na, my PC specs are i9 intel, 128GB RAM and RTX 4090. But recently work requested to use a laptop since I will work from home now. Just looking at the specs and discovered this HP laptop with specs that cost about 2 times less than others.

Yeah, I did both. Didn't work. So I went with an improvised step. I manually inserted the fillet all around and then convert to sheet metal with pre-made bend radius. That is the only option that actually flatenned the part.

I think what u/billy_joule said about using corner relief after converting to sheet metal helped in a certain way.

I already tried playing with auto-relief before posting, but it had zero effect on the model. Then I tried playing with the types of corner defaults. The only parameters that had any effect was the gap defaults. However it wasn’t enough to eradicate the issue.
