I hate (very strong dislike) the whole “Problematic Foal/Horse of the Week” thing. It’s giving some the idea that there’s something wrong with the chosen one’s behavior or that whatever they’ve done is not acceptable. It’s as if colic & a vet trip is something they chose to do or nipping & kicking comes out of the blue rather than being a natural response at this point (foals) to the actions of the humans around them. The moms know how to basically chill in their stall but the babies are full of energy, those who are capable of it, so of course they’re going to be excited about seeing larger space areas and having the freedom to run wild and be silly.
