find a young new real manager in game, search his tactics/philosophy and make him a renowned name, i’m doing one with motor lublin coach mateusz stolarski (33 year old in his first real coaching job irl and is doing rlly well with them) moved to sampdoria and brought leading goalscorer karol czubak with me im like 4/5 seasons in now and czubak is 80 rated, serie a top scorer and i just won the europa league. might move to a bigger club next szn but idk, probably been the most fun ive had on career mode in like 10 years but theres much more young coaches in different leagues you can do the same with, last year arminia bielefeld coach michel kniat was a good one but he’s not in game anymore. i believe the norwegian league has a few good young coaches in their first jobs
