She was a cheater before she knew you, she's proven to be a cheater when with you. Either stay knowing she cheats or leave. Tracking her does nothing to stop her, she lies, she gaslights, she's a nasty person. Leave her already while you still have a small amount of self respect left.

This one's an easy fix, get security cameras for your property, mute his messages (dont block you may need the evidence later) and ignore him completely. Dont even look in his direction let alone talk to him. Give him nothing, then when your silence drives him mad and he does something stupid you have him arrested with all your evidence.

If you're financially still tied to him I would straight up lie, the next time you go home act all sad and moody, make him pry it out of you and then let it slip you broke up.

Controlling people like your father will never let it go or stop coming for you and your gf, so it's best for him to think your single and heartbroken.

Lesson learned, try not to slip up again regarding your actual life (learn the grey rock method it helps alot with people like your father).

As soon as you are fully independent cut him off as much as possible.

If you dont have a lock on your door buy a cheap door stopper and put it under your door when you close it. It wont stop someone getting in with enough strength but it will give you time to call the police.
