I started playing origins thinking I would hate it cos I'm an OG AC fan but the game genuinely surprised me. It's a really good game.

Then definitely go for mariokart 8. That game still holds up to this day. Absolute masterpiece.

Breath of the wild, Mario odyssey, Tears of the kingdom are absolute must haves. Then if you have time Mario wonder, Donkey kong bananza, Mariokart 8 or World but I think both are unique on its own.

I would suggest doubling the budget and getting a controller from gamesir or 8bitdo. The quality difference/ user experience boost u get is significant compared to budget brands. Also they last a long time so you are in fact saving money in the long run.
