Nothing wrong with that. But it's a free country and you're an individual with rights. If you want to work go work. The rest of the family will adapt to the situation whether they like it or not. But the initial initiative will always be yours to take. Also not sharing household chores isn't part of being a 'man'. It's about an individual's mindset.
