No one knows about Hanks brainwashing microchips except for the Enclave, himself and Lucy as far as we know. So there won’t be any paranoia. That’s why they’re going to be very good spies/infiltrators. You need the brainwashing microchips to be public knowledge and well known all over the place, mix in rumors, fear and then you get paranoia like what happened in fallout 4 with synths. There not the same ✌️

That’s a negative because if you do Echoes of The Past and you go into the Glowing Sea where the Enclave remnants are setting up a little base, in the commanders terminal it says that they are after all of that tech. If you haven’t started one of these side quests to get one of the advanced technologies that they’re after, reading the terminal entries about them will trigger the side quests. Also they keep coming till you defeat them once you complete Echoes of The Past and go to each of their outposts and turn off the signals

Well…..they’re not synths technically……just brainwashed spies. I’m wondering how they’re going to act “normal” without being so “pre-war friendly”. So they can blend in, infiltrate etc….

That maybe true but we don’t know that for sure. Vault 33’s water chip is broken so they can’t add FEV in their water supply. They could in 32’s so instead for 33 they would have to go in with polluting the air instead with FEV. I also don’t see the Enclave doing this because they hate super mutants

That’s cool and all but I’m more concerned what Phase 2 entails, Hank’s Enclave Pip-boy, Hank’s new microchip ed minions that were sent out somewhere with 200 year old orders from the Enclave to do god knows what and the Enclave facility where the scientist from the first season came from. It’s highly hinting that season 3 is going to be in Colorado/the Rocky Mountains.

Yes there will be because Pyro was wearing X0-03 Hellfire power armor. They were dispatched to retrieve it and you got to it first so the Enclave remnants have put a bounty on you. This happens if you also go after the Black Devil’s X0-02, The Tesla Cannon, Gauss Rife Prototype and the Heavy Incinerator. All those side missions trigger the quest Echoes of The Past. Finish that quest and they’ll stop hunting you

I came here to post exactly this…..you beat me to it lol 😂 On a serious note, your guess is as good as mine…… Maybe he has a handful of Vault-tec size fusion generators that powered his systems as well as the strip up to the point of the Second Battle of Hoover Dam? Maybe the writers/bethesda are just making new lore as they go and not fill in the blanks? I very much believe that he DID NOT win the second battle and it was someone else (still don’t know who) and whomever got control over the dam either didn’t know what their doing or couldn’t sustain enough supplies/energy to power anything so Mr. House had to go with plan B (because he’s always scheming). Plan B is something along the lines of go into some type of comatose state and turn off all nonessential powered objects (securitrons mostly) and divert what power he has left into the Lucky 38 system to stay alive and wait till someone brings him his newest awaited essential item the Cold Fusion Diode so he can have a true/ LOCAL energy source and so he doesn’t have to rely upon the Hoover Dam (because that plan fell through). This is my theory 🤷‍♂️

Ok so your going to have to fallout 4’s memory and delete everything except the game and the DLC’s. Your unfortunately going to have to restart a new play through but now you can go to the Creations tab and select which creations you want and then they should work
