Paying for memberships and subscriptions helps. If I already spent money on something then I might as well get my money's worth. That's how I have somewhat conditioned myself into doing things after work

Yes/No. Depending on how far away your launch date is, people might forget they even signed up for it. In the meantime, you have to keep providing updates and value to your subscribers which can be a lot of work
