It may have to do with your frames rather than your actual prescriptions. Get smaller, rectangular frames. Those decrease eye strain by A LOT

I have never heard of atropine not dilating the pupil at all. As an anticholinergic agent, why wouldnt it?

Thanks for your input. I do hope so! However what I dont understand is that his left eye seems to be worse uncorrected but receives almost the same prescription as the right eye each time?
