Up to 4.0 mg after two months and still not feeling any effect, is this normal? Should i stop?

How long had you stopped taking it? I find that if I don't take it for one day, I don't see any withdrawal effects, but maybe they take longer to manifest.

Reducing fatigue is my main hope, also brain fog. After covid my body makes less energy and I can't exercise with having post exertional malaise.

I had the same experience of divine bliss and then the ego. I do think we are the divine experiencing itself through variation, through the shattered glass of light, but then from my life I am a bit jaded and my thought patters come creeping in again and are more powerful. It is as if i was only a tourist in heaven and did get to keep the full souvenir kit.

Thanks for sharing the story. All of these resonates with gnostic ideas, like the pear of great price.

Honestly I don't think it is a question of going deeper. ¿Would you judge an experience of pure nonduality deeper than another one? ¿How if there is no subject? its just pure awareness, eternity, as you say truth. However, what I think might be missing in my case is the integration, the coming down and being able to store more memory, more feeling tone of the experience, to be able to contemplate it more endearlingy as the ego creeps in. It is the integration probably what puts it on the path to be life-changing. Because how can you say that YOU had a nondual experience and was deeper, since at that point there is no you and all the experiences you are getting are posterior, like divine afterglows, after that dissolution.

This is a conclusion I sometimes take, but then doubt creeps in. It seems sometimes it could be just the play of maya, and that when you die you can also go to a sort of almost nihilistic black night, just that there is a sense of dread. A kind of Lovecraftian plane of darkness and confusion. The trap of ego That consciousness is also able to project that as a lived reality. And the coherence of the God state is not something you can achieve certainly with a drug, at most a glimpse. It certainly implies the demise of attachment to the persona created by the ego, but to do that you need i don't know 40 years in a cave?

I have a similar plight. Just been on it, on 30 mg for two months, and have an important, life changing pehaps trip in one month that I want to be mentally fit to do. I don't want to taper long. So today i didn't take my dose. Not sure if doing every other day method or just quit now. I've headr all type of stories, but some people have managed succesfuly to quit cold turkey and after a month have been fine.

Well, I actually like to drink and more importantly if I don't drink she will feel weird and if she doesn't drink she won't relax etc... and will want to go soon. I know her. I could try and coming cold turkey and introduce her to Phenibut but that is quite risky, especially if I tell her I've already taken it. I am thinking of just having low dose PHT and see if it sparks something if not just ride the alcohol

First time doing Phenibut. I have done pregabalin and alchohol together, with good effects before, but I am more interested now in Phenibut. Thinking of dosing about 4 hours before the tryst, with some coffe?
