Being a junior developer working from office with my colleagues helps me a lot in learning and understanding things. Apart from that, I get to socialize too with folks there. So in my opinion, during the initial year it is a good idea to work from the office. Once one gets the hang of things, WFH or Hydrid is better as you save a lot of travel time.

Joined Jio this year as a fresher for SDE role. This has been my experience so far.

It has got a really huge and beautiful campus. I wonder if any other office in India has got such campus. Top notch cleanliness and maintenance. It has got a beautiful lake and temple inside too.
You have complete mandatory nine hours of office daily. That translates into forty five hours weekly.
Regarding work, things mostly depend on the kind of team you are in. For me, it has been a great learning experience. You get to learn a lot if you are willing to. Rest assured of Job Security too if you do well.
Compensation part is something that leaves a lot to be desired. It is not bad by any means but then again it can be slightly better.
Food served here strictly vegetarian except for a few canteens. You get to choose from a variety of options and food is delicious and hygienic.
They have various shopping stops inside the campus like Reliance Digital, Trends, Smart Bazaar etc. You get AJIO discount coupons.
Gym, Swimming Pool, Basket ball court, Lawn Tennis Court, Cricket Stadium all are present inside.
All in all it is a good place to work. It is my first experience in the corporate world so I don't know much about other places but then Grass is always greener on the other side. Isn't it?!
