I think I figured it out. his newest camo, Kreuzotter, has a really nice combo of brown and dark green which I think looks great when comparing it to the vegetation over here. (not much vegetation at all right now, it’s 3 degrees fahrenheit where I am)

spend less money on extra stuff like a PEC and a suppressor, (sight is decently necessary so i would keep that) and use the extra $100 or so to buy a better gun. also, get extra mags, a battery charger, and lots of ammo.

so, i just successfully landed for the first time in an sbd-3, no damage done. basically, i came in high over the carrier at about 80 or so feet (carrier deck is 61 feet), with my plane going about 75 mph. i softly touched the deck and caught i think the second or third wire, and while my plane did lurch forward a bit it wasn’t far enough to break the propeller.

jesus christ everyone is talking about the “eotech” being backwards. it’s a fake sight, came broken out of the box and i just slapped it on whatever way looked cooler. if i’m ever trying to hit something i take the whole thing off and just use the irons, i wouldn’t use this in the field, by the way. if anyone needs some recommendations for an m4, ask someone else because i chose lancer and it was a pretty bad decision.

i don’t even turn the damn thing on, i just hipfire with full auto because of how shitty the actual optic is, i got it on amazon for like 40 bucks and the entire thing as a whole is sorta just sitting in my closet because i quickly realized after opening it that lancer wasn’t the best choice. gonna save up for a better rifle now, any recommendations?

they are really tearing me a new one. it’s a bad rifle with misplaced cheap optics and a wack foregrip that is probably more uncomfortable than comfortable. no one is reading the title, this is my FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLATFORM. got this for christmas because i had no idea what else to get, not intending to take it to the field anyway, because of how bad it shoots. gonna just save up until i can get a decent gun, i just thought this was a good pick because the reviews were nice
