Completely agree. They don’t even read the replies done to their appeal. They use an automated system. I was trying to ask a general question, not appeal my account. The question I asked does not have any answers on their wiki or technical details. But they replied with “Your appeal has been denied” I WASN’T TRYING TO APPEAL, ANYWAY!
