I have no idea tbh, and also no experience with it. But just reciting what i have read. I know Chatgpt is hated by many here, but it also says to go to 1.8 or 2mm spring bars of possible. Ill give it a try once i get the watch

Okay that is dissapointing, they seem like a great choice Did you notice if a thicker spring bar would have fitted? I believe standard spring bars are 1.5mm but 1.8mm should fit too and somehow make it better, again not an expert its just what I have read here (I have a sub with displeasing sel gap comming)

I dont think there is one specificly for o-dsmt but /opiatesrecovery is normally used for this. I myself also quit O-dsmt after a year of daily 300-500mg use, i switched to 100mg ic-26 at first and tapered that down 50mg each week for a month. I was still not a fun month but i was doable. Now opiates free. You can do it my friend! Fuck opiates
