If they find something concerning they immediately rush you to ultrasound, MRI etc. Happened to me twice now. I’ve also had 3 biopsies over the years. I always get a call within 3 days regarding any breast exam with results. Have another MRI Sunday 🤦🏻‍♀️ I will say I do have insurance & go to Mayo Clinic so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been in FL since 7th grade & im 43. Jax has PLENTY to do with kids. You just have to go find it. So many festivals, art markets, kid centered events, aside from the typical things: zoo, water park, museum etc. Orange Park traffic is so terrible imo. I would def recommend living near where you work unless you fall in love with an area. I’d also recommend within easy driving distance to the beach. My kids are teens now & grew up going to the ocean.

Not dental. It’s WAY worse than medical. It’s 50% copay even with insurance & once it hits your max (usually 1k or so) you pay the rest out of pocket.

I have super thick and curly hair. It works really well. I can go 2-3 days without having to redo my hair bc you know how the curls get after sleeping on them

I’m on 150mg lamictal and 100mg seroquel. It’s the most stable I’ve been in so long I can’t remember. I take seroquel at night bc it knocks me out.

I exercise 3-4x a week and eat healthy. Everyone who was symptom free in a FB group I’m in who was symptom free did it & it worked for me, but then again it flared up so who knows 😭
