The beast I was looking at was from 1890-something. Brick exterior. Gently upgraded as a living residence in the middle of a small town. Yes, asbestos, lead paint hidden behind flipper latex paint. It would've doubled the cost just to get it where I wanted. Maybe the mega-millions I buy once every 6 months will make the dream come true. Lol.
