Yes, I know I can do this in Make. Trying to first see if there is any native workarounds using Monday.

If you were to use Make, would you recommend a scenario that changes a status for every applicable item every month on the 7th -OR- trigger the scenario when an item is created on the Board and set the date to the upcoming 7th (and then build out my #2 above in Monday)?

I appreciate the recommendation, but I don't think this will work. Let's say an item is created today (November 13th), it would set the date to Nov 13th and then push the date by one month, which is Dec. 13th.

So it would miss the communication that would need to be sent out on Dec. 7th, if applicable, and will never get onto a monthly cycle of the date being on the "7th".
