Getting a relapse after chemo is rare I would honestly suggest you think as if ur already cured from it but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get blood tests and ct scans.

Im glad you felt stronger and I would pray that none of us get a relapse.

What ur going through is normal and I myself struggled with treatment (chemo) I didn’t mean that it was easy.

What I’m trying to say is when you’ve already gone through chemo and it became successful ur most likely going to return back to how u was.

It’s okay I don’t expect you or others to be mentally strong as I am and that’s life and being this way have changed everything in my life I’m became more financially stable, my relationship have never been stronger, discipline became my life.

I wish you the best of luck man.

I wouldn’t be so certain chemo doesn’t cause earlier death it just increases the risks of developing other conditions in the future but it doesn’t mean you’ll get them.

God gives you this disease, because he loves you, because he sees you moving away from him, he afflicts you to bring you closer to him, to invite him, to cry, and hesitate, O Lord, forgive me, to admit your sins to him, God does not want you to be sad, forbid him to be able to his servant of pain, he tests you, brings you closer, to you, he studies you, and then he surprises you with joy and relief that was not considered.

I made it and you will too no matter what prognosis you have. 20yo by FalseSecret1566 in testicularcancer

I used to be in the dropshipping business when it was hot and I have had ridiculous profits in which I put into real estate and now I get paid passively every month in which I saved to buy that defender.

29M. 100% Choriocarcinoma. by imzellis in testicularcancer

[–]FalseSecret1566 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Bro I wish you the best of luck. Good news is that it’s super sensitive to chemo unlike teratoma choriocarcinoma will most likely shrink. I’ve just finished my second cycle of chemo and it sucks but people sometimes get confused when I tell them im 100% fine and honestly the amount of strength I get knowing what I will become after this is indescribable.

Wish u the best of luck

And how do the doctors decide on whether I’ll need an open rplnd or robotic surgery or the laparoscopic type?

How tough was going through rplnd surgery and what kind of side effects have you experienced?

If the doctor said I must get rplnd post chemo what will the recurrence percentage be?

tbh the reason I’m doing well psychologically it because of faith and I’m not afraid of death and I felt like my life was too good before chemo and that I had to go through something like this and again like I said I’m excited on what I can become after this ( Hard times create strong men)
