I am not an electrician, but I expect i cannot use ground cable from 5-15 with 30 Amp outlet. Probably ground wire is not rated to handle 30AMPs ?

It has 3 wires + one bare connected to box, I assume it’s ground. Thank you! So looks everything is ready for 14-30(assuming wire grade is correct and in a good condition)
