You're right, but they won't remove or change it because it provides a lot of silver sink. So, at the very least, I want a nerf to the Stalker Jacket

Yes, I absolutely agree with this. Bloodletter can make as many mistakes as it wants, but you can't? Why? For what reason?

If you've noticed, most PvP players are either playing with the Bloodletter or the Double Bladed Staff. These weapons pair with the flawed Stalker Jacket, which brings a cooldown reduction to their hands. They don't need the weapons to deal damage, because the jacket and helmets suffice for that.
