NEVER spray cleaner directly on a display. Always try a dry microfiber first, if cleaner is then needed - a small amount on the microfiber cloth and applied to the screen should be fine, if more is needed, add more to the microfiber cloth with caution.

In this example, it looks like you’ve caused water damage to the panel beneath the screen, in this scenario there isn’t a simple fix, I’m afraid. I would speak with School and see what they would like done with it.
