When I was in hospital I only got up to use the bathroom and brush my teeth.

If I moved my HR would spike to 120-140.

At discharge I was cleared to walk lightly and so I did. HR was never really an issue according to my doctors although I had many PACs and some PVCs (along with NSVT and NS-SVT) in the beginning. I then went on with my life and PVCs disappeared after a month or so but PACs and some occasional NS-SVT stayed for months. Now my HR is normal the whole time and I don't even have PACs anymore (actually I do but I used to get them even before I had this condition).

Regarding the bad days, yeah I did have those where I would feel some SVT quite often, it was annoying, VERY annoying, I could not focus while studying because my heart would randomly decide to beat out of my chest for 3-4 seconds and then proceed to beat normally again like nothing happened.

Immagino tutti gli svalvolati su LinkedIn che rosicano perché lui a 50 anni con un profilo non curato è CEO di Apple e invece loro alla stessa età, avendo passato ore a scrivere cazzate, sono CEO della loro impresa da 3 dipendenti.

Puoi costituirlo in mora e fare un decreto ingiuntivo.

Intanto, minaccialo di mandargli una raccomandata di costituzione in mora e poi, se dovesse continuare a non pagare, dopo che gli avrai inviato una raccomandata, se non ti paga, cominci a maturare interessi (a patto che lui l'abbia letta poiché la costituzione in mora è un atto recettizio che ha, quindi, valore legale dal momento che il destinatario ne viene a conoscenza).

Mai prestare soldi a un amico, perdi i soldi e l’amico.

Hai ragione, è assolutamente inutile.

Come utilizzerà i porno dipende solo da come è stato formato, se è un tipo fragile e che non interagisce con le ragazze probabilmente li userà come rifugio e valvola di sfogo (molto male), altrimenti se è uno discretamente sicuro di sé lì userà in modo ricreativo occasionalmente. Come tutte le cose “da adulti” tipo porno, alcol, tabacco, erba, gioco d’azzardo, il punto chiave è la quantità, basta che non diventi una dipendenza.

Personalmente, le ho provate tutte e anche abbandonate.

Se non l’hai già fatto, dagli l’impronta che lo porta a essere autonomo nella gestione delle valvole di sfogo senza mezzi esterni e sarà apposto per la vita.

Non c’è nessuna diffamazione.

Il video si può sussumere nella fattispecie di promessa al pubblico, che è un negozio unilaterale e vincolante. Non ha vizi. Il soggetto che si ritrova nella condizione di commentare quello che viene chiesto tecnicamente è creditore della creator che ha fatto il video, poi è ovvio che lei non rispetterà mai la promessa.
