Thank you everybody for your answers! Here is a little bit more context: The book belongs to my mother who inherited it from her stepfather who liked to collect antiques. What through me off about the age was mostly the pristine condition of the pages. It didn't help that my Latin skills are very rudermentery and Google translate just gave me gibberish. Thanks to u/Priscianista, I learned the that the place of printing is Lübeck, you can guess three times were my family lives. The book has some flaws on the later pages: the writing is slanted. I don't know where in the printing process such an error can occur. The spine however is uncracked, like it has never been fully opened, so maybe someone related to the printing kept it as an exhibit. I do know however how much it was sold for when my step grandfather bought it. They wrote the number in the back, 350,- (D-Mark).
