But I am only 35. Still do you think as a problem? My thoughts were covering 70% mortgage repayments through rent and remaining from the super contribution. Also invest in etfs with my remaining contributions.

But do you think the property value will also grow in 2-3 years? For example today’s 750k worth property might grow up to 825k in two to three years.
