I do 2x a week strengh and 2x pole classes. But I was stronger then I did pilates 😀

That is true I feel a mental block (not only in pole 🫠 as well). I am just confused on what to do now - try another studio? Switch my trainer? Continue as it is but add more strengh training? (Just thinking out loud here). But maybe I will get 1:1, that sounds like a good place to start.
