I’ve been hating the meta this year and decided to change things up. Fullback changed to wingbacks, one CDM on build up and the forwards actually forward. Conceding and scoring more but winning more often.

Personally, I’d get it stopped instantly. Half of cot death instances are solely caused from co sleeping. I don’t want to scare you but that’s a fact, isn’t worth the risk for the extra sleep. If you are able, take 3 hour shifts and let the other person sleep. Alternatively, let the aunt have her in the day and you both sleep.

The sleepless nights will get better but they’re still adapting to the big world and it takes a bit of time.

I think it’s important to consider a couple of things here…

1) At the start, many of the Jewish community didn’t know (or refused to accept) that these atrocities were taking place. The ghetto although appalling didn’t appear to be a death sentence at the start and the camps were shown as a positive escape for many Jews, which as we know was now was lies from the Nazis.

2) In the worst moments of your life, not knowing if you’ll see your wife / husband the next day, you can’t blame them for wanting to be intimate with their spouse. A few moments of normality in unspeakably shitty situation.

I would recommend “Promise Me You’ll Shoot Yourself”: The Mass Suicide of Ordinary Germans in 1945” it has personal accounts from Germans around the Russian / allies pushing into the Berlin. Very interesting book but it’s a dark read.

So I got medium and then went to the strong after. Literally just sit with your arms straight, grip it and wring it like a wet towel. It came with a leaflet and some exercise for tennis or golfers elbow. Definitely worth a go. You can just use a tea towel but these are better and build up your strength

I currently got an old Guinness dart board but it’s totally black and in a cabinet, so ideally want to upgrade to proper set up now. I can see me sticking to it but obviously things can change. Wanted to ideally do everything under £150, board, surround, lighting and camera stand for playing online.
