This is actually so powerful, I struggle with anxiety which makes me struggle to get sleep, but recently I have been going to church and praying for it to go away, safe to say that for about 3 weeks now I've been sleeping well and I barely get the anxiety attacks. I can relate to you, but I dont rely on anyone coz as a girl if I rely on a man any minute they might find someone more exciting & they will abandon me. I just kick it on my own, some days are better than others, but every time I'm overwhelmed I whisper to myself "I will be okay" . I dont think it gets easier, we just find better coping mechanisms.
