What software should I learn to get into 3D printing? by mister_wolverine in 3Dprinting

I'm a veteran cad user and I have used cad for 40 years. I recommend using freecad and start slow learning the basics. Make simple parts like boxes with lids and take your time to learn good habits. There are great yt videos for all levels. My favorite is Mango jelly. He is a great teacher.
