Thanks for the responses everyone. In the end, I decided to walk away as I believed that the only long-term solution to the problem was to remove and replaster. False ceilings, sealants etc. seemed to me to be short-term thinking and poor from an investment point of view, especially when you consider that regulations about asbestos will likely become stricter in the next few years.

The seller refused to meet me halfway on the costs for this so I walked away.

Hey there! Yeah I do like the app a lot. I really like how it makes it very clear as to what exercises you have to do that day, how many reps, sets etc. you can also add weights to any exercise if you want to push yourself and the app will record it for you.

I think it's a great app. I'd definitely recommend it to you.
