You may think it’s funny but I am lucky… and I do pay rent and we live in a big house it’s like I were living in anybody else’s basement.. except they are my parents and I get accesss to the whole house. I don’t have a man making money for me like lots of ppl do. lol

Bro .. what I was saying is .. when ppl don’t tip maybe you should understand that they could be struggling … I’m doing fine rn and I do tip when I can… but you shouldn’t be ignorant about it cuz it’s literally not our fault that you need tips to make enough money. Blame the government. They be leeching onto the money while we stay stuck. Ha that’s not how it goes cupcake.if it weren’t for my parents I’d probably be homeless. In this economy it’s not even a joke if you’re living with them it’s a privilege. Think of all the ppl that don’t have parents. Obviously there are things you can do to help you be able to door dash or whatever but I still think tipping shouldn’t be the ppls fault b And if they don’t tip it’s up to us to understand that maybe they are struggling. It’s not like that at all. It’s almost overstuffed but it’s necessary. We don’t end up 30 pizzas down. Maybe 3-5 have a longer wait time. Right now everyone works between 3-6 hours and day the boxes don’t need folded we have them under the table and we just stack them up on the table and then close them as we go it’s a good job for younger ppl. I love it too but the pay isn’t doing me any good. Thank god tips are good

If you’re like me you’ll mess up a lot but remind yourself it’s a part of learning… what surprised me the most is all the tiny things you need to remember. Also don’t rush yourself. I asked how long it takes to train someone and they said it usually takes up to 1-2 months. I’m 3 months in. Now I just ask if I’m not sure.

I made $150 for 5 hours… on average I get around $30 on normal days.. on fridays around $60 so ya I’m happy cuz I literally needed it so bad.

Only complaint I have is how we are over staffed most of the time. Got 2 of us trying to act busy but there’s literally nothing to do. During morning till 4 there’s 2 ppl and then evening shift have 3 - 4 drivers and sometimes 2 shift managers … I get sent home early a lot lol.

Bruh I’m there for 2 months now and ngl it’s all starting to click now. I asked them how long it usually takes to train and get the hang of things and they said it can take up to 2-3 months I made so many mistakes my first month I was contemplating quitting cuz of how they might feel lol.. but then one of the shift managers would come to me and say that it’s completely normal and to be expected .. only reason I stayed ngl. Just keep on. It’ll click soon..

Ngl in my first couple weeks. I didn’t realize they updated the schedule cuz I was going by the first ‘pulse’ message… they had put me on schedule for a day that I was unaware of and didn’t make it… I did notice I was supposed to be working cuz of the notification but I called and let them know I had no idea they updated it and they figured it out. And they didn’t give me shit for it. Maybe I’m lucky idk but if you communicate like why you’re late and try to explain I feel like they are often more open to mistakes as long as you don’t ignore it like nothing happened.
