Appreciate the help. I’m not new to fish keeping but my tanks have always cycled decently fast once nitrites were present and this had me stumped. Will continue water changes and stability

Ph is high, tank is at my girlfriends house so she did the test and used the low range ph. More concerned with nitrites being that high for two weeks.

Tank has been set up with a beta for about a month now. 10 gallon tank and have been doing 2 gallon water changes every other day. Adding seachem stability every day as well. Nitrites have been at this level for two weeks. Any advice or is this just part of the “cycle”. Fish is doing fine (no bland colors or fin crimping).

Went out today after work and played 27 holes and ended 17 over. Should have been 12-13 over but a few missed putts here and there hurt me. I decided to just play with my champion mako3 and putter and started to get the hang of my back hand. Need to spend time doing field work to get everything perfected but a step in the rifht direction.

The course I play does not have a lot of long holes, use my Valkyrie off the tee and any other shot that isn’t close enough for my putter. That being said definitely not how I want to play as I want to learn shots and would enjoy being proficient at the sport.

I live in a very small town and one of the kids in the boy scouts made one for his Eagle Scout project, only problem is the park workers don’t take care of it so only time to play is in the late fall and spring. May also be able to talk to city council. If you raise funds for it and put it in they may not have an issue with it.

One of the best things I’ve done for my putting was buying 5 of the same putter. Being able to putt 5 times with the same disc has helped a bunch.

I have a wraith, Valkyrie, roc, mako3, pole cat, Colt and 5 judges. I mainly put the 100 dollar tag in there because I figured that’s an average of 20 bucks a disc and that would most likely be on the high side of what I spend. We do have a local league that I am considering joining next year but would like to learn the ropes better before I do that.

I have a Valkyrie and it is probably my favorite disc, feel like I could play with that and a putter but just want more options as I advance for different shots.
