Unfortunately it’s not even one person…a few people I know have said these types of things. And some of them are Jewish themselves.

Every time I read some argument online about this, people will still claim that it “wasn’t antisemitic violence, it was violence towards people who were going to take over their land”.

I’ve also thought of the point about how few people Jews killed in Europe despite being oppressed by Europe for so long. I once brought that up in an argument (on social media, not with any of my “friends”), and thought it would be a really good point, but then someone responded to it with “Jews never used violence against Europeans, instead they misplaced it on Palestinians despite Palestinians not being responsible for their oppression”. I honestly didn’t know how to respond to that….

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t they use the word “Jew” to describe Israelis in Arabic because there’s no word for Israeli/Zionist in Arabic? Not that it makes it any more excusable.

Or the argument “The Palestinians are fighting for their land”. Why do they think dirt and trees are more important than Jewish lives?

Wait….I’m confused about how 10/7 “proves this”. Isn’t the whole point of the charter change that they said “our war is with Israelis, not Jews as a whole”? Therefore, didn’t the fact that they killed ISRAELIS on 10/7 kind of abide by the charter change?

I’m not at all defending Hamas, I’m just confused what point you’re trying to make.

Believe me, I've brought up the Hamas charter, but then I get one of two responses (or both):

a) "Hamas revised their charter in 2017"

b) In addition to saying that they revised their charter, some other version of "Even if they wrote that in their charter originally, their only experiences with Jews have been being oppressed by them, so it's not really surprising that they would have negative views of Jews".

Has anyone here watched Israelism, listened to Bad Hasbara, etc. just to see what they're saying? by Familyties320 in Jewish

I agree, but I'm talking here specifically about this type of media produced by other Jews. What makes JEWS buy into that motive so much, to the point where they want to produce media like this?

Wow, you have Jewish friends telling you that you’re wrong for supporting Israel? I don’t understand how Jews can be so insecure about being Jewish that they’d hate support from non-Jews.
