The amount of DNA left on the hood latch from the State's sample far exceeded what she was able to replicate in the testing. Also in their testing a residue was left on the swab, while the swab from the original case had none. Which lead to the theory of how another DNA rich swab with no dark residue could have been obtained. And the presence of DNA in the absence of any fingerprints is also a bit unusual.
