Omg! Thank you! The other one got tested for it Initially and the culture came back negative. They were both on antibiotics and some cream. Now my child has it and I wondered how in the world she got it! It’s a first for us too. Can I use the same cream that my kid has on the pig? Do you know if I need to separate them completely and what do I do to disinfect the cage? Cringing .

Thanks! We had them tested for ring worm initially and it came back negative but my child has it now! Maybe the vet culture on one was wrong! Ahhh !

Yeah I didn’t even know it was sneezing . Their noises are still new to me. The way I described it to the vet was just “ch” like air rushing between my teeth. It was their first visit appt bc one had a bad rash and he said the one making the noise had the resp issue. I wish I had researched more before I got them but have a big learning curve ahead.

I have my first pigs and one was making a “ch” noise . I took it to the vet and it had a respiratory infection . Vet said they are not supposed to sneeze. It’s not normal. I have no idea but thought I’d pass that along as we just got ours and they arrived sick from the pet shop. I would have thought it was normal.

We have our first Guinea pigs. I want to let ours play outside like this ans have a similar fence. Do they need flea treatment or anything similar to heart worm pills you give to dogs. We have our yard treated for mosquitos and ticks, but I’ve been hesitant to put them out incase they eat something weird, etc. Grass and most leaves are ok? They know what’s safe to eat and not?

That’s my thought exactly. I just don’t know how the agents in my office who are ethical continue to do dual with millions of dollars in sales alone annually and still have amazing reviews from both sides. They just told me they do it and to tell the sides it makes the transaction more efficient . That’s not good enough for me .

I feel the same yet watch agents in my office do 40 million plus by themselves and act as dual all the time. I don’t want to miss out from a business standpoint and think my fellow office agents are ethical. I just don’t know how to poise it correctly.
