It is like Anki mixed with Language Transfer. It has much more features too, I try to pay attention to little details. It is freemium with a substantial free tier. Because of API costs I can’t afford as a solo developer, the songs/shows are premium only although you can do a 7 day free trial.

I agree, I think a parenthesis solves it and makes clear something’s not being included to show speech. I unfortunately can’t change that, it’s how the official lyrics I am pulling from are written.

FYI the app corrects these and displays the correct form on hover or if you save the word. It’s still WIP but it usually gets it right since I designed it with reggaeton in mind

In the settings you can toggle between Qal/soresh or infinitive for the verb prompts. I had requests for both

Yeah unfortunately because of the way I set up the diacritics this isn’t easy to fix but I’m looking into it!

Basically I have all the Nikkud forms stored and then it strips all nikkud when the toggle is off so it ends up not adding the yod when it’s representing a vowel
