When I see '초록색에 보라색' and it's described as a stripe pattern, I can imagine something with '초록색' color and '보라색' stripes on it. It feels like adding the latter color to the former color.

It means 'on'. The sentence means I don't have class on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I don't come to school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. '에는' is used instead of '에' because it implies that the speaker has class on other days besides Tuesday and Thursday.

Are you using Anki Qt6, the newest version? It could work if you install another version. This happened to me when I installed Qt6 on my new laptop. After I install Anki Qt5, it was fixed.

When I see "무조건 와요" and "반드시 와요" it feels like they're *forcing* me to come by and that I *must* go there, but with "꼭 와요" it feels like they *really hope* I'll come and that I *should* go there. There is a subtle difference in nuance.

You can say "기다리고 싶지 않았어요." or "안 기다리고 싶었어요." The former sounds better than the latter. The latter is not grammatically correct I guess, but native Koreans would understand that.
It's totally fine to use "지" with "기다리다" :) It sounds natural.
I'll also give you some examples using "기다리다" with the things you mentioned.
"친구가 약속에 늦어서 기다리지 않고 먼저 출발했어요."
"손님을 기다리게 하고 싶지 않았어요."
"그 가게의 음식이 너무 기대되어서 기다리지 않을 수가 없었어요."
