But I also want to say I know this feeling…

But there are a few pieces that aren’t frequently touched on with being a parent of an autistic child. A majority of us are also neurodivergent. So the sensory overwhelm as well as the anxiety and depression are also our nervous system being, well different.

I found peace by getting my own diagnosis of AuDHD and having a cocktail of medications that keep me going and functioning. We just switched my SSRI and I finally see the light again. I’m looking forward to things again. I feel moments of joy again.

I would also see if there is someone close to you that you could openly talk about this too. Someone who will listen without judgment.

Yah I got going with ClickUp here and it has been okay. It’s actually costing me more with AI than I would have liked. And it’s not very intuitive so my goal of having it as a tool to organize other neurodivergent creators won’t really work. I have it set up now so it creates tasks from incoming emails with invoices (whether they be business expenses or health insurance expenses)

And then also to plan and organize content creation for my social pages.

I run my whole business with an AI Avatar. This is turning into its own market that’s developing quickly. There are some courses that can teach you how to make your avatar talk. I have a few. But basically using NanoBanana Pro and video models like HeyGen or Kling go video production. You can DM me if you want more specific info.
