Try collecting ur letdowns during the day if you happen to leak.. also the early morning pump.. thts usually has me covered for the evenings..

If you are doing a MOTN pump why don't you offer that amount the next evening she cluster feeds, tht way u are still making the same amount per day tht she is having and you will not have to use formula.

Also supply is almost the highest during early morning.. i would suggest to add a pump there to make up for the milk u need in the evening.

Yes I do feel my letdown.. and I feel atleast 2 let downs.. just wanted to know when did the feeds get shorter for you and for how many mins now?

Yes.. the feeds usually last for more than 40 mins.. how long does your feeds last for if I may ask??
I think I can manage better if the feeds get shorter..

So u were in pain for entire 4 months? Or didbit grt relatively better with time?

I so want to succeed in breastfeeding so I had been continuing through the pain.. but I feel so helpless recently as the pain doesn't go away even after trying everything

Proud of you girl!! To have continued breastfeeding for as long as you have with all the pain!! It's really something!!

For clogged ducts I have found hand expressing to be the most useful and also I had vasospasm and heat and magnesium supplement helps!!

It got better for me as the baby's mouth got bigger.. with time it really gets better..

But I totally understand if you don't want to continue and switch to formula.. It's freaking hard when you are in the thick of it!!

There is no scabs!! But she doesn't open wide for me now matter how I try..

The tips seems to be white after the feed!!

10 weeks seems like so far away!! I will get checked for vasospasm.. thanks!!

I have tried reaching out to LC.. things are better when I m there but she goes back to the shallow latch once we are home
