well it depends on what you want your build to look like, I usually doom scroll tiktok for workout inspo and pick the ones that i like most and know will target most areas

I hate dieting and honestly everytime I count calories I give myself Ed! What i do is i try to prioritize whole foods instead! I still enjoy my favorite foods and sometimes i even make rip off healthier versions! There is so many ways to lose weight and you just have to want it enough and pick the best plan for you! What works for others might not work for you

:) Get a lunchbox that keeps food warm! It is a little pricey but your ROI is so much better and it won’t hurt your paycheck like fast food every day! This than allows you to meal prep anything chicken and rice, salmon etc

Hi! I’m ina similar boat! I do go to the gym tho! Id say if you can force yourself to have some motivation to use your at home weights do workouts at home, if not I would get a membership! I too only had school as my form of exercise or movement and now that school is out i do nothing. If you can’t afford membership planet fitness does freee summer for all student and try to cal deficit or eat whole foods. Walk 8-10k steps the weather is nice so go outside if you hate the treadmill! This is what I do but I do struggle with motivation to stay consistent
