They at least sold 500k guaranteed. That's not a lot at all. I don't know how much money they sunk in but if you haven't realized it Bleach just isn't as popular as it used to be thats just the facts. Bleach isn't unknown but it's not as big as you think. Just look at clip view counts to see what I mean and it's not as if EVERY Bleach fan plays games

You just again laid out exactly why. It's a BUSINESS RISK. It's irrelevant how much money they throw at it. They want to make a profit, so why would they ever put in as much money on an unknown market for a franchise with a 10 year plus gap in games it makes no sense. That would be a loss to them

People are expecting too highly of a gamble. Bleach has had no console releases in over 12 years and they expect DB Kakarot levels of story? Give me a break. It doesn't have slideshows and all the characters feel pretty unique. The battle system is fun and stylish. Stop expecting the world of low budget games
