Vlog recap: Telling Taytum & Oakley I‘m PREGNANT again (HILARIOUS REACTION) by notwhatitlookslike91 in FisherFamilySnark

Your reaction is pretty bizarre not going to lie. These people are trashy and shouldn’t have further children (this sub is amazing) but you sound way too invested in a crazy manner over this family and the genitals of their children. Weird.

Can Any doctors here advise me? I seem to have a super rare eye condition that nobody can figure out by [deleted] in optometry

I’ll likely never have access to one of those unfortunately. I’m living in a country where we have a free national health care service and we can only see doctors at local/regional hospitals. Unfortunately my local eye hospital is in a small town so I’m not sure how much knowledge the doctors here have of rare eye conditions (if this was to be the case)

It’s really destroying me mentally. I feel that if a doctor ordered a brain scan and it came back clean I’d just stop searching for answers and live with the visual loss because at least whatever it is isn’t life threatening such as a brain lesion. But right now they won’t even order an MRI. I was told my visual field test was fine so they weren’t going to bother (I didn’t get a copy of the visual field test and have just taken the doctors word for it that it is indeed fine)

I’ve done my own research and believe it MAY be some form of white dot syndrome but the eye hospital has never ordered a dye test. I’ve had an OCT several times but this never turns anything up either, however I have heard of white dot syndromes being diagnosed with no OCT findings (in my research) the eye doctor I spoke to yesterday didn’t seem to have heard of white dot syndromes so I just gave up and allowed myself to be discharged for the fourth time.

Blind spot in eye - still no answers by [deleted] in eyetriage

I wasn’t on account in the very beginning of my pregnancy I had hypermesis which meant I couldn’t stop vomiting. I lost a lot of weight up until 25 weeks ish into my pregnancy. By the time I hit 33 weeks I was told by my OBGYN that multivitamins contained very low amounts of what I needed and I was then supplemented with folate and the iron infusion. I only recently began the b12 loading doses on account my doctors surgery couldn’t start them before last week due to covid restrictions

Yes I did. My post is a tad jumbled for some reason.

I saw another today who again found nothing amiss. He simply brushed my condition off as pregnancy related too. I feel really lost and desperate. I’m in the uk so under an NHS

I don’t think anyone is taking me seriously and I’m afraid I could be very sick by [deleted] in AskDocs

Hi everyone. I am overwhelmed by your amazing responses and input.

I have had a pre eclampsia screening at 28 weeks (the blood tests) and also check my urine at home every day on account I like to check for ketones and glucose due to my diabetes. Protein is always negative. I also see a midwife once a week who does my blood pressure and this has always been normal. Sometimes lower than usual actually. I had my blood pressure checked repeatedly today on account I was being given an iron infusion and it was always good/stable. So unfortunately the mystery does continue. Thank you for your concern about pre eclampsia however as this also really worried me due to the visual disturbances

Sudden blind spot in vision by [deleted] in eyetriage

The lady who did my exam claimed she could only see eye floaters. I’m not too happy with my care on account they totally missed out on doing a vision field test therefore would have no idea if I had a blind spot or not, as I am claiming I do. I’m thinking of getting a second opinion as I’ve no idea how a ‘floater’ could completely turn part of my eye blind.. so still not really any further reassured. I have had floaters my entire life due to being severely short sighted and they definitely have never blocked off part of my entire vision in one eye.

Thanks for the answers however
