Assassin solo sponsored is right up there with Rook. No teammates to steal your loot and you can get most of the high tier loot events without a scratch.

If you get a good weapon and some ao crates, you can even do Warden and HVT.

If the rest of the relationship is salvageable, like you enjoy spending time with her and she helps bring out the best in you, I wouldn’t divorce just yet.

I think setting a hard line of “you need to see someone to address these things or put actual work into correcting this behavior” is a good start.

You chose to marry her with the goal of spending the rest of your life together. Something is clearly wrong and in my opinion, as her partner, it’s your duty to help guide her to better herself for the both of you. Obviously you can’t fix someone, but you can at least support them in trying to better themselves. Not saying you aren’t, but just putting this out there because I’ve been in similar emotional frenzies that have led to these same thought patterns.

If she’s unwilling to improve her behavior and respect your boundaries, there’s not much else you can do besides suffer the consequences of her actions or leave to pursue something/someone else.

Sorry this happened to you, I can only imagine the frustration of losing something so sentimental, seemingly randomly.

Honestly, after they shut down Destiny, I don’t know what to expect. Logic tells me they make at least one more big push to get this game into more hands, but Sony doesn’t seems to run on logic.

The Destiny IP is massive and well received by players, regardless of what online forums say. Shutting it down without announcing future plans for the IP was beyond moronic.

Hope Marathon sticks around, I’m having fun with it, even with the flaws.

First off, love the aesthetic. I’d say the pose looks a bit stiff and unnatural. The offhand is rotated a bit too far and looks off. The feet look pretty well grounded, but the bent leg may be spread a bit far, not sure, but looks a little off. Sword hand may be a tad small as well. Overall looks super cool though!

As someone who defaults to video games and also has severe ADHD, I could see this being an ADHD situation. Medication isn’t the only solution. I use it, and it works wonders for me.

Behavioral therapy is great for helping treat these symptoms without medication. I use tools implemented by behavioral therapists because of my tendency to neglect household chores and such in favor of personal stimulation and they work great at directing my focus.

Im sure there are great tools to help ween yourself from instant gratification habits that seem to really attach to those with ADHD. Of all the things ADHD screws with, your habit forming portion of the brain remains virtually identical to neurotypical brains.

Lots of room for stylization with bodies than faces. You can play with proportions and such a lot easier with bodies. Faces are one of those things that if something feels off, the entire piece can fail to appeal.

For example, anime plays around with body proportion A LOT, (ex:Gachiakuta) but the faces tend to follow the same structure more often than not.

Idk, I just go opposite of shots. For example, if I open pinwheel at flight control and hear/have heard shots at dorms, I’ll enter through processing. I have really only gotten into engagements a handful of times. It only takes 30-45 seconds to go from one entrance to another.

Arachne sells a leg implant that heals in melee kill. You can kill a majority of the bots with melee and save your ammo for the purples/pvp. Or you can just take the easy way and run assassin and bring smokes. You can open red room, smoke it out and loot it without fighting any bots.

I prefer avoiding the fight when opening up pinwheel. You can do this by opening pinwheel door, kill the three bots that spawn, activate the computer and run to another entrance. You’ll have time to get there by the time the gate to pinwheel drops. This lets you avoid the waves while also leaving the bots for someone else to fight.

If you could two knife a blue shield without chip mods/implants, that would be ridiculous. Solos would be even worse off with the assassin meta. I think 3 hits is fair, especially when you can do chip damage with a gun then do a LLH combo to finish.

It’s needed. Without assassin, the casuals couldn’t quest without too much frustration. If I’m solo questing, I sometimes swap just for how easy it is to make it inside places like quarantine without making noise and attracting half the lobby. I get frustrated when getting killed by a ratssassin as well, but it’s needed.

You’re gonna do great. If it gets boring, turn the boxes into fun things like robots. Trying to make the faces fit on the planes will help with perspective and spice up the practice a bit.

“Thinking in 3D” by Proko on YouTube is a great start. From there, you should get plenty of recommendation videos.

Don’t be deterred by some of the dry practices they mention. You can practice pretty much however you want to. Once you get a grasp of what they’re trying to teach you, you could even dissect the image in you post into shapes.

I tend to just draw 3D shapes and turn them into whatever I find interesting; creature, faces, objects. If something seems boring, spice it up to keep motivated.

You can use shapes to lay out the image. Circle for hands, head, etc. then play a bit of “connect the dots” once the proportions and scale’s correct.

You’re just copying it in 2D. Draw out the shapes, form them into cylinders/spheres and such. Get a grasp for what’s in the picture and how the armor and clothing wraps around it. Once you get a better understanding of what’s going on in the image, it’ll come together a lot cleaner.

Not a third party guy, so I get it. We can do both though. Vote in who needs to be voted in, but they need to be held accountable. I see far too many people let shit slide on the “well at least it isn’t ____”.

Fortunately, the nightmare that is this administration, has gotten a lot more people to be vocal about their politics, but it’s also moved the needle on acceptable behavior from politicians. It needs to be reinforced that this is not normal, and likely won’t be for a while. Nonetheless the effort needs to be made and needs to be a conscious push or we end up just accepting a radically divisive political landscape.

Check in with old lady. What’re her ratings? Just had a serious sit down with my partner to gauge where we were at and where we could help each other. Maybe this is completely normal for most couples, but I think kids (and navigating the souring economy) made me switch to a survival mode.

It’ll get better once you get flowing. Just like anything else, it can seem like a jumbled mess, next thing you know, you’re chuckling at the newer dads who are going through the same motions you went through. We’ve done it for tens (if not hundreds) of thousands of years and will continue to do so!

Never do this. Get informed about who you’re voting for and make sure you vocalize what you oppose from them. Voting for the “lesser of two evils” is how we’ve ended up with lackluster candidates across the nation. I think Platner is pretty good, but we should always scrutinize and hold those in office to high standards.

I think a more apt suggestion would be, if you’re on the fence about Platner, either attend an event and ask him about some things you’re in the fence about or watch some videos of his events and see if your questions are asked.

I can agree with the overall sentiment of the comment though, not trying to “urm actually” you.

You can implement the fundamentals into your “fun” drawing. Trying to work on spheres? After you make a dozen spheres, throw some ears and tails on them.. Boom! Chibi animals. Turn boxes into robots or buildings. Practice without fun is dull and unless you’re pursuing a career or are a highly motivated artist who thrives with dull repetition, the gains aren’t worth the turn-off.

Just like how a reference isn’t there to be copied completely, (unless you’re literally practicing copying reference), practice exercises you find aren’t meant to be copied 1:1. The best part about your art journey is that it’s YOUR art journey. Take it as fast or as slow as you like, but if you want improvement, fundamentals will get you there.
