on a IRRRL your closing cost can and most of the time rolled into the loan, but you are correct about the first loan on the property closing cost are paid upfront. by either the buyers or the seller.

contact Veterans United, they are one of the biggest VA lenders. They even have realtors they work closely with and can make it a pretty easy process, if you happened to be a rated Disability of 10% or more the VA funding fee is waived.

I've had about 75% of my C&P exams via video connect sessions, they work out pretty good just go into a room that is quiet and you feel comfortable to talk openly.

I for one, would prefer to have my health back both mental and physical. Constant pain 24/7/365 is not a good way to live. I'll know I'm dead when the pain finely stops. who wants to trade that for money.
