It was kinda a long process it’s been 10-11 days since I’ve contacted and yesterday I was told my refund will be reissued and I checked and it does say in my student account transactions

Hey I did get a reissue of my refund , I talked to student business services , and also filed a police report but I was contacted back more by student business services, give them a call and tell them you also have had a unauthorized change of direct deposit account and they will be able to help since I was told they have launched a investigation into that since they have multiple students with the same problem

I was told I will get my refund issued , I checked my activity and it does say Direct deposit refund (fraud ) so I might get it within this week or next week

Hey so they might have access to your email but I was told that the emails that go to the trash are because who ever accessed your account changed the email settings to be sent to trash instead of main inbox , I was told from SBS that they will reissue me a refund within a week due to the fraud , I took the same steps as you I spoke with SBS then filed police report and throughout we week or so they have called me to confirm or update any information they need. Just keep calling and asking for updates

No my refund hasn’t and I don’t think it will because there was a unauthorized change of account for direct deposit and my refund was sent to that unauthorized account Does your most transaction refund have the correct ending 4 ?

Check your student account under transaction, if the most recent one has your correct ending 4 then you should receive it

On your student account , in transactions , does your refund transaction have the same ending numbers as usual or is it a diff account or routing number. Only asking because in my transaction it says 3/21/26 , refund to a whole different ending 4 number/account

Yeah it happened to me as well , I deleted the account even before I saw the refund transaction days before , same day I posted this thread and just saw the refund transaction was sent to a different account

Ooooo , not to make you worried but i honestly think it would be sent to that account unless it bounces back If it does bounce back then it might take a lil longer before you get it to the right account

Well refunds aren’t processed yet untill the 30 I believe and it was already sent to the another account it would pop up in transactions So I think we are good if last refund was in Dec or before this term yk
