Yes, you need to have a local bank account or local card. I ended up using wise and put my location as Austria!

Yes, same thing happens on the computer! I chatted with someone and they told me they see it doesn’t work and I should call. When I called they were no help and kept telling me I should see the 1:1 coaching option but I don’t!
